If the acidity level of a frying oil is 2.5 units in other words, polar material quantity is equal to or more than 25 % then according to food safety, health regulations and laws it cannot be used. When oil is filtered with Hit Oil Filter, then you will see a drop in polar material quantity up to 6 % in every filtration.  As the frying oil ages then this 6 % will gradually drop in every filtration. The filtration can be repeated couple of times until 25 % is reached and no more filtration is possible. This will result up to % 50 oil saving.
